ASUS A8N-VM CSM (AD1986A) HD Audio Drivers for Windows 7 and Server 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit)

I couldn't get my ASUS A8N-VM CSM to work with Windows Server 2008, but I came across a tip on "Microsoft Answers" where someone suggested using the drivers for Windows Vista from ASUS's page. 

Unfortunately, ASUS seems to have removed the link to the audio driver from their page.  However, I was able to locate an older, yet still compatible* driver on ASUS's FTP server.  Here is a link that includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the driver: ftp://ftp.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/audio/ad1986/AD1986A_Vista32&64.zip

*- This version doesn't seem to support any advanced features that the previous OS's enjoyed, but standard audio in/out seems to work fine.  Also this is version 5.10 where as Microsoft Answer's mentions a 6.10 version.
